What a great place for a romantic dinner under the stars! Fantastic setting in an old partly demolished building beautifully embellished and brightly decorated. The staff is super friendly. Flawless service, very good food, and a complimentary shot of raki with a small dessert bite, all made for a memorable dinner experience. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent experience - it just shows how much can be done with a little imagination turning a ruined into a great restaurant. The waiters were chatty but polite and with a great sense of humor. The food was delicious, we totally recommend this place

I recently dined at Tholos and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly lovely, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was excellent, especially the prawns, which were fresh and perfectly cooked. The beautiful atmosphere added to the charm of the evening. Highly recommended!

Great restaurant in the old part of the town. The restaurant looks very authentic and has an amazing atmosphere. The food and service at a very high level. I would definitely visit this restaurant again.

Absolutely stunning!! The seafood linguine was one of the best I’ve had and the pork souvlaki was delicious. Such a pretty place to eat too. Definitely recommend!

Cute little restaurant using quite an interesting demolished building, decorated in a unique way. The heart of old town in Chania. The food was delicious, portions were big enough. The service was excellent. Best waiter I have seen lately. I have absolutely no remarks for this restaurant!

The staff was extremely friendly and the place’s atmosphere is perfect (especially for a date night). We ordered the variety of mixed grilled meat and the Tholos chicken for 2 and were extremely well served. Tasty food in a picturesque area, 5 out of 5 stars. The only downside: the house wine could be better. The Amy Winehouse soundtrack is a plus.

The vibe of this restaurant is so unique! We were sat upstairs with a lovely view of the old brick structure and gorgeous trees and vines. The food was delicious, I had the stuffed chicken. They gave us complementary watermelon and raki at the end and the service was great.
